Questions before you order
Which photo should I choose?
Choose a well-lit photo with clearly visible faces. A phone photo is fine. Upload the original file rather than a screenshot. If you're unsure, email admin@mitmotiv.com before you order.
Can I see the design before you print?
Yes — it's always included. You get the design by email and can reply with small changes. We only print once you've approved it. Keep an eye on your inbox and spam folder.
When will it be printed?
As soon as you approve the design by email. Then we send it to the print shop, and it's shipped to you for free. Need it for a certain day? Order early — and feel free to write to us first.
Can I choose another style?
Yes. Choose the style at the top of the page — Soft 3D is the most popular. Not sure? Write your wishes in the box, and we'll help.
Can you send it directly to the recipient?
Yes. Just enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout.
What if I'm not happy?
Then we'll find a solution. You have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the day you receive it — write to admin@mitmotiv.com.
