Good to know
Questions about the gift
Answers to what most people ask about in December. And there's always a person you can ask.
When should I order the Christmas gift?
Order early. We print as soon as you've approved the design by email and ship it for free in Denmark. Need it by a certain date? Write to us before you order, and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Can you send the gift directly to the recipient?
Yes. Just enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout.
Can I see the design before you print?
Yes — it's always included. You get the design by email and can reply with small changes. We only print once you've approved it. Keep an eye on your inbox and spam folder.
Which photo should I choose?
Choose a well-lit photo with clearly visible faces. A phone photo is fine. Upload the original file rather than a screenshot. If you're unsure, email admin@mitmotiv.com before you order.
Can you combine two photos?
Yes. You can attach up to two photos and we'll combine them into one design — for example if not everyone was in the same picture.
What if the recipient isn't happy with the gift?
Then we'll find a solution. You have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the day you receive the gift — email admin@mitmotiv.com.
