Which photo should I choose?
Choose a well-lit photo with clearly visible faces. A phone photo is fine. Upload the original file rather than a screenshot. If you're unsure, email admin@mitmotiv.com before you order.
Can I see the design before you print?
Yes — it's always included. You get the design by email and can reply with small changes. We only print once you've approved it. Keep an eye on your inbox and spam folder.
How much does a personal poster cost?
Prices start at 250 kr for A4 and depend on the size. Shipping is included. A frame is an optional extra, so you decide the look.
When is my poster printed?
Your poster goes to print as soon as you've approved the design by email. We send it to the print partner closest to you, and you'll get a message when it ships. Need it by a certain date? Write to us before you order, and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
How does my photo become a poster?
We transform your photo into the style you chose and take care of the personal details ourselves. It is a new take on your photo, not a plain photo print. A person always looks through the design before you get it.
Is a frame included?
The frame is an optional extra and isn't included in the poster price. We have wooden frames in light wood, dark wood, black and white with shatterproof acrylic glass and a hanging kit.
Can you combine two photos?
Yes. You can attach up to two photos and we'll combine them into one design — for example if not everyone was in the same picture.
Can you send it directly to the recipient?
Yes. Just enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout.
What if I'm not happy?
Then we'll find a solution. You have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the day you receive the poster — email admin@mitmotiv.com.
