We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can get your money back – no hassle.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to contact us and request a refund.

Contact us at admin@mitmotiv.com, and together we will work out an exchange or a refund.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, we transfer the amount back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing by your bank or card issuer may take a little longer.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not received your money, please contact us at admin@mitmotiv.com.

Right of withdrawal

Frames have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive them. Posters and other items with your design are made to your wishes and are not covered by the right of withdrawal, but the guarantee above still applies. You withdraw by pressing Withdraw from contract at the bottom of every page or by writing to admin@mitmotiv.com. Read more in our terms and conditions.
