About the style
Your photo, cut out in paper. Layer upon layer of colored cardstock with small shadows in between, so the figures almost look like you could lift them off the acrylic print.
We transform your picture into flat pieces of paper in several layers. The edges are crisp, and the soft shadows between the layers add depth. You can still recognize faces, hair and clothes – everything just looks as if it were made of paper.
Your design is printed directly onto acrylic glass about 0.15 in thick with 7-color UV printing. The glass gives a glossy finish with deep, vivid colors and protects against dust, scratches and UV light. The hanging kit is included — usually four screws for the holes in the corners.
Choose 12 × 18 or 24 × 36 in, portrait or landscape.
You see the design by email before we print.

Questions before you order
What is the acrylic print made of?
Your design is printed directly onto acrylic glass about 0.15 in thick with 7-color UV printing. The glass gives a glossy finish with deep, vivid colors and protects against dust, scratches and UV light.
How do I hang the acrylic print?
The hanging kit is included. It's usually four screws that go through the pre-drilled holes in the corners, about ½ in from the edge. The screw heads are about ⅝ in wide and sit right in the corners, where there's usually only background. Peel off the protective film once the print is on the wall.
Will I see the design before you print?
Yes. We email you the design and only print after you approve it. If you'd like changes, we make them first.
When is my acrylic print made?
Your acrylic print goes to print as soon as you've approved the design by email, and you'll get a message when it ships. Shipping is free. Need it by a certain date? Write to us before you order, and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Which size should I choose?
12 × 18 in fits over a dresser or on a shelf. 24 × 36 in is a statement piece over a sofa or bed.
Which photo should I choose?
Choose a well-lit photo with clearly visible faces. A phone photo is fine. Upload the original file rather than a screenshot. If you're unsure, email help@mitmotiv.com before you order.
Can you combine two photos?
Yes. You can attach up to two photos and we'll combine them into one design — for example if not everyone was in the same picture.
Can you send it directly to the recipient?
Yes. Just enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout.
What if I'm not happy?
Then we'll find a solution. You have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the day you receive your acrylic print — email help@mitmotiv.com.
