What is the poster made of?We print on high-quality 200 gsm matte paper — no glossy surface, no reflections. Colors and details appear sharp and natural, just like a real art print.
Which photo should I upload?A clear, well-focused photo gives the best result. A phone photo with good lighting where the face is clear is more than enough. The better the source material, the more detailed the poster will be.
What size should I choose?8×12″ is our most popular size and fits a standard frame. 12×18″ gives more room for details and works well on its own. 16×24″ and 24×36″ are statement pieces to hang alone.

Can you combine two photos?
Yes. You can attach up to two photos and we'll combine them into one design — for example if not everyone was in the same picture.
Is a frame included?
The frame is an optional extra and isn't included in the poster price. We have wooden frames in light wood, dark wood, black and white with shatterproof acrylic glass and a hanging kit.
Can you send it directly to the recipient?
Yes. Just enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout.
What if I'm not happy?
